Prizes Up To $600
The easiest way to claim a Cash Pop prize of up to $600 is to visit a Florida Lottery retailer and hand in your winning ticket in exchange for your cash. Alternatively, you can claim by mail.
Prizes of $600 or More
You have various options for how to claim if your prize is worth $600 or more. Find out more below.
Claim By Drop-Off
If you win prizes valued at $600 or more, you can claim via a secured drop-off inside any Florida Lottery district office.
Claim In Person
If you win prizes worth $600 or more, you can claim in-person via walk-in at Lottery Headquarters or any district office during normal Lottery business hours.
Claim By Mail
If you win a prize of any value, you can mail tickets to any Lottery office. Simply mail the ticket(s), along with the Winner Claim Form in case the prize is valued at $600 or more, plus the documentation listed below. Tickets which are mailed to Florida Lottery Headquarters or district office are processed in approximately 30-45 days.

In case a draw game ticket was validated by an authorized Florida lottery retailer and the prize wasn’t paid, the envelope and its contents plus the winning ticket(s), should be postmarked on or before the 30th day after the claim deadline.

Required Documentation
In order to claim a prize of $600 or more, you must:
- Complete a Florida Lottery claim form
- Present one form of identification that is current or was issued within the past five years and which has a serial number or other identifying numbers.
