Claiming Pennsylvania Cash Pop Prizes
Learn how to claim prizes from the Pennsylvania Lottery if you win a prize on the Cash Pop game. It’s a simple process, but your options do depend on the value of your payout. One important point to keep in mind is that you always need to come forward within one year of the draw date.
Prizes Under $2,500
The Pennsylvania Lottery allows winners to claim prizes of up to $2,500 at most retail locations. You will often be able to pick up these payouts immediately, if the retailer is able to pay by cash, check or money order. If not, try another retailer or claim by mail. For mail-in claims, you’ll need to sign your ticket, fill out a claim form (if it is more than $600) and send to the following address:

Prizes of $2,500 or more
Retailers cannot pay out prizes of more than $2,500, so you must either claim by mail or visit one of the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Area Offices. The addresses and contact details are shown in the table below.
