Claiming Illinois Cash Pop Prizes
On this page, you can learn all about claiming Illinois Lottery prizes – with prize odds starting at 1 in 15, you should be picking some up pretty soon!
There are four ways to claim your IL Cash Pop winnings: in-person at an IL Lottery retailer, by mail, at a dedicated claims center, or with the IL Lottery's e-Claim system.
Claiming Prizes Won In-Store
If you've won a prize up to $600, you can claim this at any IL Lottery retailer. You'll receive your winnings there and then!
Claiming Prizes by Mail
If you're unable to visit a retailer to claim (often the case for players who left the state after making their purchase), you can complete an IL Lottery claim form and mail it along with the winning ticket and the required documents to the adjacent address. Prizes of any value can be claimed by mail.

Making an e-Claim
E-Claims are used to pay out winnings up to $10,000, which more than covers the prizes you can win on Cash Pop. Visit the IL Lottery's website, and complete the online form to lodge your claim.
Visiting a Claim Center
You can also claim prizes of any value at one of the IL Lottery's claim centers. They're open from 8:30 to 4:30, Monday to Friday, and you must schedule an appointment beforehand.
