How to Play New Jersey Cash Pop

With drawings every four minutes, it’s a good job that New Jersey Cash Pop is so easy to play. You can fill out a playslip at any NJ Lottery retailer, then just wait for the next drawing to find out if you are a winner.

Drawings start at 5:06 AM and continue all the way through until 1:34 AM You can enter a draw right up until it takes place. Here is a guide for how to play:

Step 1

Pick your number(s) from 1 to 15. You only have to choose one, but you can play as many as you want. It is even possible to play all 15 numbers by selecting the ‘Cover All’ option, which gives you a guaranteed win. You can request a Quick Pick from your retailer if you would prefer a random pick.

Step 2

You can wager $1, $2, $5 or $10 per number. You may prefer to keep costs low, or wager more to give you the chance to win bigger prizes.

Step 3

Decide how many consecutive drawings to enter. You can play your numbers in just the next draw, or 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 or 20 draws in a row. Playing 20 consecutive drawings would ensure you don’t miss out for the next hour and 20 minutes of Cash Pop action.

Step 4

Hand your playslip to your retailer and purchase your ticket. The cost is your wager amount x numbers played x drawings entered.

It is your responsibility to check your playslip before giving it to the retailer to make sure you have the selections you want. Once a Cash Pop ticket has been printed, it cannot be canceled.

A prize value will be randomly assigned on your ticket for every number played. This prize value is also partly based on your wager amount, so it will always be between 5x and 250x what you have spent.
