How to Play South Carolina Cash Pop

Cash Pop is a one-number game with easy rules - select your numbers, decide on a wager amount and choose how many drawings to enter. Find out more about how to play SC Cash Pop.

Drawings take place twice a day from Monday to Saturday - at 12:59 PM ET and 6:59 PM ET - and also at 6:59 PM on a Sunday. Ticket sales are temporarily suspended ahead of each draw, at 12:45 PM and 6:45 PM Here is a step-by-step guide on exactly how you play Cash Pop in South Carolina.

Step 1

Choose your Pops (numbers) from 1 to 15. You are required to select a minimum of one number, but you can play as many as you want. If you select the ‘Cover All’ option, all 15 numbers are entered and you are guaranteed a win. The Quick Pick option gives you one number, randomly selected by the lottery computer.

Step 2

Decide on your wager amount - $1, $2, $5 or $10. This is how much you have to pay per Pop – the more you wager, the more you can win.

Step 3

Pick how many drawings to enter. You can play your numbers in just the next draw, or up to six consecutive draws.

Step 4

Purchase your tickets before the cut-off time. The total cost is the number of Pops played multiplied by the number of drawings entered and your wager amount. For example, if you play two numbers in three consecutive drawings, at a cost of $5 per wager, you must pay $30 in total (2 x 3 x 5).

Cash Pop tickets cannot be canceled after they have been printed, so make sure to check your selections carefully before handing over the playslip over to the retailer.

Your ticket will show you the number(s) you have selected. Each one will be encircled, alongside a prize value that has been randomly assigned by the lottery computer at the point of purchase.
