Claiming Kentucky Cash Pop Prizes

Find out how to claim a prize for Kentucky Cash Pop, whether you play the game online or in-store. Tickets expire 180 days after the drawing date, so you just need to make sure you claim your prize before this deadline.

Claiming Prizes Online

Claiming prizes online couldn’t be any easier. The majority of winnings – anything up to $600 – will be credited to your online account without you even needing to check the results. All you need to do is log in to check your balance, then withdraw any funds you want or use them to enter future drawings.

For prizes of more than $600, you will be notified by email about any wins and given guidance on what to do next.

Claiming Prizes Won In-Store

If you play Cash Pop in-store and win, it is also simple to claim a prize. The first thing you should do is sign the back of your ticket to prove that you own it. An unsigned ticket is essentially like a dollar bill – it belongs to whoever is holding it. If you lose a winning ticket, having your name on the back of it at least gives you a chance of being reunited with it and stopping anyone else from claiming it. Here’s how to collect any prizes you win.

Prizes Up To $600

You can claim prizes of up to $600 from Kentucky Lottery retailers. You don’t even need a claim form – just take in your winning ticket to receive your cash.

Alternatively, you can claim by mail. Send in your winning ticket to the following address:

Claims Department
1011 W Main St.
Louisville, KY 40202

Prizes of More than $600

You can’t claim prizes of more than $600 from most retailers, but there are many authorized cashing agents throughout the state where you can claim prizes up to $5,000, and even some ‘Super Cashing Agents’ where you can redeem even larger amounts of up to $25,000. Cashing agents are retailers with the capability to pay out larger prizes, but you should call ahead to make an appointment where possible.

You have to fill out a claim form for any prize of more than $600. If you’re claiming by mail, you’ll also need to send in a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license. It is recommended that you keep copies of the claim form and your signed ticket for your own records.
